OSSAA elects new president; Simpson to continue to be on board

The Oklahoma Secondary Schools Athletic Association appointed Michael Kellogg as the new President and replaces Guthrie’s Superintendent Terry Simpson, who is serving  for the 2010 – 2011 school year.

The role of the OSSAA President rotates each year.

The OSSAA held their March board agenda Wednesday morning, where they also announced a new Vice President, Jay McAdams, who was previously the vice president for 2011-12. 

Simpson will continue to serve the on the board for the northwest quadrant, division one. Simpson’s term expire’s June 30th, 2014. Simpson was first elected as the division one, 5A-6A representative for the northwest quadrant in 2005

Kellogg is the Superintendent of Kiowa Public Schools and McAdams also serves as the Superintendent of Kingston Public Schools.
