Guthrie invades local sports show
The Oklahoma High School Sports Express (OHSSE) continues to be the leader for high school sports in the Sooner State and boy are they loving some Guthrie this week.
Van Shea Iven’s OHSSE airs Sunday nights on FOX25 at 10:30 and this week will have plenty of BlueJay highlights.
The show will give highlights of the Jays baseball game with Deer Creek in the finals of the East-West Classic. I imagine Jaden Chappell’s grand slam will make the cut?
The Express traveled to Edmond for the Edmond Track Classic. I imagine freshmen sensation Rosetta Gailbraith will make an appearance mixed in with some BlueJay sprinters.
Highlighting the show will be the McDonald Scholar Athlete of the Week featuring Guthrie’s Rachel Roberts.
“May change the name of the show to the Guthrie High School Sports Express,” I believe a joking Van Shea said.
